Quite simply, to find the apartment that is "right" for you based on your situation. We do the research and legwork to take the stress and headaches out of your apartment search. We schedule appointments and show available units based on your needs.

Your time is valuable and shouldn't be wasted making phone calls, searching the Internet for hours, meeting with ten different agents and viewing apartments that fall short of your needs. We have years of experience finding the "right" apartment for our clients based on their needs, not our inventory.

Our goal is to be your resource both now and in the future for all your real estate dealings. If we can't find the perfect place for you that's OK with us. We don't push our clients into the wrong place for a fast buck. We are here as a resource to you throughout your search with us or on your own.

How much do your services cost? Is there a broker's fee?

Our services cost you nothing. The properties we work with pay our fee out of their marketing budgets. The apartment will cost the same whether you go it alone, or allow us to do what we do best, find you the right place. We do not charge a broker or agency fee.

Will my rent increase as a result of using your service?

The rent you pay is the same whether or not you take advantage of our services. Fair Housing laws prevent owners from offering different prices to different potential renters.

I am out of town and need to have an apartment ready when I arrive, can you help me?

Absolutely! Relocating in general is a challenge. The stress of renting sight unseen is overwhelming. We do all we can to eliminate that stress. Working in conjunction with the property management, we go the extra mile providing detailed information on your community, neighborhood, schools, commuting options and travel times. In addition, we have a library of pictures and virtual tours to assist you in getting a feel for your new home. When possible, we take detailed pictures of your actual unit to eliminate any surprises.

I want to buy a home instead, do you do sales?

Yes we do! We are a full service Real Estate Company. We hope working together to find you the right place is just the start of our relationship. Our clients who rent with us (along with some we couldn't find the right place for) call on us in the future to be their buyer's agent when looking to purchase a home.

I have cats, dogs, goldfish etc. Are they allowed?

Sometimes. A growing number of communities allow pets. There are breed and/or weight restrictions and they vary from property to property. Pet rents are common today and vary from $25-$75 dollars. Some communities that allow pets are more pet-friendly than others and offer parks, trails, pet parties etc. Please call us to discuss your particular situation and we will help find the right place for both you and our furry friends!
